A Personal Journey: Our story started long before Silver Lane had a name. One of our co-founders was supporting her 84-year-old mother, a strong and capable woman who still lived independently but needed help with certain daily tasks. It wasn’t medical care she needed; it was companionship, consistency, and someone she trusted to lend a hand. Through that experience, we witnessed what so many families quietly face: the desire for seniors to remain in the homes they love, and the peace of mind families feel knowing their loved ones are safe, supported, and never alone as they navigate the challenges of aging. That experience became the foundation of Silver Lane Concierge Services.
Built Around People: We are insured, bonded, and built on the belief that seniors deserve reliable, respectful, and personalized support. Our team reflects that commitment by bringing together individuals with diverse backgrounds and talents because no two seniors' needs are exactly alike.
One team member is a Master Gardener, helping clients maintain the outdoor spaces that bring them joy. Another is fluent in ASL, ensuring communication is accessible and inclusive for clients who are deaf or hard of hearing. Our team also includes professionals with backgrounds in education administration and information technology, bringing patience, organization, and leadership to every interaction, and helping seniors confidently navigate the technology that keeps them connected with family, friends, and the world around them.

We help manage the details by coordinating vendors, organizing belongings, assisting with logistics, and providing a steady presence throughout the process. Our goal is to make each transition smoother, safer, and less overwhelming while honoring the senior’s preferences, independence, and sense of home.
